Products in original, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase from our online store.
To be eligible, items must retain all original features, with no signs of wear. Packaging, labels, and tags should remain intact and unaltered. Please note that used items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please reach out via Instagram Direct or WhatsApp. The buyer is responsible for returning the product via a courier of their choice to the designated address.

For Non-Cash Payments
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received in proper condition.
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. The timeline for the refund depends on your bank’s policy, and you can expect it within 7 to 30 business days.
For Cash Payments
• Refunds can be issued immediately upon returning the item to the designated return location at the agreed date and time.
Delivery Fee
• Refunds are only issued in full. Therefore, before initiating the refund process, you will receive a payment link to cover the initial delivery fee of AED 30.
